How long does international shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your local customs processing and courier schedules.
Are the albums and merchandise official?
Yes, all items sold on the TWICE Official Store are 100% authentic, licensed products. Album sales are also reflected in the Hanteo and Gaon charts.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video. We will provide a replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has entered the 'Preparing for Shipment' stage, we are unable to make any changes.
